Terms and Conditions – Zanzi Soul Luxury Boutique Hotel Zanzibar

This document outlines the general terms and conditions for using and booking services offered by Zanzi Soul Luxury Boutique Hotel Zanzibar. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Reservations and Payments

1.1 Booking Confirmation
Reservations are confirmed only after a deposit of at least 30% of the total stay value has been paid. The remaining balance must be paid before arrival or at check-in, as agreed.

1.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), or other hotel-approved methods.

1.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival: Full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival or no-shows: No refund of the deposit.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

2.1 Standard Hours
• Check-in: Between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM.

2.2 Early Check-In/Late Check-Out
Available upon request, subject to availability, and may incur additional charges.

3. Children and Extra Beds Policy

3.1 Children under 12 years may be eligible for special rates.
3.2 Extra beds are available upon request, at an additional cost, depending on room availability.

4. Use of Facilities

4.1 Liability for Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage to the hotel property caused by themselves or their invitees.

4.2 Access to Facilities
The use of the pool, private beach, and other amenities is exclusively for hotel guests and must comply with the hotel’s rules.

4.3 Private Events
Events such as weddings, anniversary ceremonies, or other special occasions must be pre-approved and coordinated with the hotel’s management team.

5. Privacy Policy

The hotel is committed to protecting guests’ personal information and will not share it with third parties, except as necessary for booking purposes or as required by law.

6. Force Majeure Policy

Zanzi Soul Hotel is not liable for delays, cancellations, or other disruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
